Public Offer for the Provision of Services via the «matritsa.com» Website

1. General Provisions

1.1. This public offer (hereinafter — the «Offer») constitutes an official proposal of Individual Entrepreneur Daria Aleksandrovna Lazarenkova (INN 272001241500, OGRNIP 325774600348711) (hereinafter — the «Contractor») to any natural person (hereinafter — the «Customer») to enter into a contract for the paid provision of services on the terms set forth below.

1.2. Acceptance of the terms of this Offer shall be deemed to be the act of placing an order and (or) paying for services on the matritsa.com site.

1.3. From the moment of acceptance, the Offer shall be deemed a concluded contract between the Contractor and the Customer.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with services for the online calculation of the «Destiny Matrix», its interpretation, and additional consulting services presented on the matritsa.com site, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the said services.

2.2. The specific list, content, format, and cost of services are determined on the site at the moment the order is placed.

3. Procedure for the Provision of Services

3.1. After the order is placed and payment is received, the Contractor shall grant the Customer access to the result of the service:

— in the form of an online report,

— or a consultation via messenger / by e-mail,

— or by another method specified at the time of order.

3.2. The time frame for the provision of the service depends on its type and is agreed upon when placing the order.

3.3. The service shall be deemed rendered at the moment the Customer is granted access to the materials, calculations, or consultation.

4. Cost and Payment Procedure

4.1. The cost of services is indicated on the matritsa.com site in the section describing the service or tariff.

4.2. Payment is made by non-cash means through the payment services available on the site.

4.3. The moment of payment shall be deemed to be the receipt of funds into the Contractor's account.

4.4. Recurring Payments and Subscriptions

4.4.1. Certain services are provided under a subscription model with regular debiting of funds from the Customer's payment instrument (hereinafter — «recurring payments»).

4.4.2. The debiting of funds is carried out automatically from the card or payment account specified upon subscription, in accordance with the selected tariff and payment frequency (monthly, annually, etc.).

4.4.3. The Customer may decline further debits and terminate the subscription at any time through the personal account on the matritsa.com site or by sending written notice to the Contractor.

4.4.4. In the event of cancellation of the subscription, further debits shall cease, but the period already paid for shall not be subject to refund, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation or at the Contractor's discretion.

4.4.5. The Contractor reserves the right to amend the terms of the subscription, the cost, and the frequency of debits, having notified the Customer thereof no later than 10 calendar days prior to the entry into force of the changes.

5. Cancellation of the Service and Refund of Funds

5.1. Since the services constitute digital content and/or individual consultations, a refund of paid funds is possible only prior to the commencement of the provision of the service.

5.2. After the service has been rendered, no refund of funds shall be made, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.3. To obtain a refund, the Customer shall send an application to the Contractor's e-mail address indicated on the site.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

provide services with due quality and within the agreed time frames;

maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data;

provide accurate information about the nature of the services.

6.2. The Customer undertakes to:

provide the Contractor with accurate data necessary for the provision of the service;

make payment in a timely manner;

not transfer the materials to third parties, where this is restricted by the terms of the tariff.

6.3. The Contractor has the right to amend the cost and content of the services by posting updated information on the matritsa.com site.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Contractor shall not be liable for the Customer's subjective perception of the results of the service or for actions taken on the basis thereof.

7.2. The Contractor does not guarantee any specific life, financial, or psychological results, since the services provided are of a consulting and informational nature.

7.3. The Parties shall be liable for the failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Processing of Personal Data

8.1. Upon placing an order, the Customer gives consent to the processing of their personal data by the Contractor in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data».

8.2. The processing of personal data is carried out solely for the purposes of providing the services and performing the obligations under the contract.

8.3. The Privacy Policy is posted on the matritsa.com site.

9. Term of the Offer and Amendment of Terms

9.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely and may be amended by the Contractor unilaterally by publishing a new version on the matritsa.com site.

9.2. Amendments take effect from the moment of their publication and do not apply to contracts concluded earlier.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1. All disputes and disagreements arising between the Parties shall be resolved through negotiations, and, failing agreement, in court at the place of registration of the Contractor.

10.2. In all matters not regulated by this Offer, the parties shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

10.3. Electronic documents and correspondence between the parties shall have legal force equivalent to documents on paper media.
