Recurring Payments Policy

1. General Provisions

1.2. Recurring payments are automatic regular charges deducted from the User's payment instrument for the services provided.

2. Subscribing

2.2. When subscribing, the User confirms their consent to the automatic deduction of funds in accordance with the selected plan.

3. Deduction of Funds

3.1. The charge is made automatically from the specified payment instrument at the beginning of each paid period.

3.2. In the event of insufficient funds or rejection of the payment, a repeat charge may be made in accordance with the rules of the payment service.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

4.1. The User may cancel the subscription at any time through their personal account on the Site or by sending written notice to the Contractor.

4.2. Cancellation of the subscription terminates further deductions of funds from the User's payment instrument.

4.3. The paid period is non-refundable, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation or at the discretion of the Contractor.

5. Amendment of Subscription Terms

5.1. The Contractor reserves the right to amend the terms of the subscription, the price, and the frequency of charges.

5.2. Users will be notified of any changes no later than 10 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
